We stand behind our goods and services and want you to be satisfied with them.


Carefully review your shipping and billing information for accuracy before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed it can not be changed or canceled.

We’ll always do our best to take care of customers – our philosophy is to deal with you fairly and reasonably; we hope you will be fair and reasonable with us as well.

All sales are final and no refunds will be issued for any reason. We may exchange or replace an item that is damaged or defective at our sole discretion. Our policy lasts 30 days.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange. To complete an exchange or replacement we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


High Roasters ships packages according to our customers’ shipping method requests (ie: Standard vs. Priority). High Roasters is not responsible for any order that is stolen outside the customers’ address, lost in transit, not delivered or seized.
